Our Story
Big Island Run Church was born out of a simple desire: to know Jesus and make Him known in our corner of West Virginia. What started as a small group of faithful believers gathering together has grown into a vibrant church family that reaches across generations.
Nestled in the hills of Wirt County, we've always been a church that values relationships — with God and with each other. Over the years, we've seen God move in powerful ways: lives transformed, families restored, and a community drawn together by the love of Christ.
Today, we continue to pursue the same mission that has guided us from the beginning — making disciples who love God, love people, and serve with willing hands. Whether you've been walking with Jesus for decades or you're just beginning to explore faith, there's a place for you here.
